Not effective

Personally I prefer the yellow one of Garnier's. It removes make up easily and you don't have to rub your skin. This doesn't work well.

Good for double cleansing

I use this product whenever I use sunscreen on my face. My cleanser is mild and it is impossible to remove sunscreen from skin. But I use miceller water first, then wash with a mild cleanser.
